About Us

John Rohosky AIA, Architect, is a licensed architect and contractor who also provides expert witness and litigation consulting services in architecture and construction disputes.  

A professional building designer since 1972, John has created innovative, functional solutions for most design/build needs. His specialty: new home design, home renovations and remodels, foundation replacements, decks and seismic retrofits. He also works with building owners and property managers on commercial tenant improvements. 

As an expert witness and litigation consultant, John brings extensive experience and a deep knowledge of all aspects of construction and building codes and design. Tapping into his more than 30 years designing and building diverse and sometimes eclectic residential and commercial projects, John provides complete case support to attorneys and property owners.

Besides the normal array of architectural services, John also provides construction management services, inspects buildings, and conducts feasibility studies for a range of building projects.

John was Technical Reviewer for the book, Home Remodeling for Dummies, and had a project featured in the home idea book, At Work, At Home by Neal Zimmerman (Taunton Press). He has won many awards for residential design and construction, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Construction Specifications Institute.
